Is there a setup or digitizing fee?
For normal size designs (3-4" in the longest direction) there are ZERO SETUP OR DIGITIZING FEES. How do we do it? We're awesome.
Can I order a sample?
Of course! Feel free to order 1 item as a sample complete with your embroidered logo.
Will I get a proof to approve before you start embroidery?
Yes, to ensure you get exactly what you want we will send you a digital proof to approve before your order is sent to production.
How good is your embroidery?
The Best! We have high quality machines and handle the entire embroidery process in house from digitizing to finished product.
When will I receive my items?
Once you approve your proof, your order will be sent to production and be completed in 3-7 business days.
Is rush service available?
Absolutely! If you need your items fast, please contact us directly so we can make arrangements to meet your delivery date.
